Klaben in Kent for me. Got a call today preparing me for a build date not before March because of constraints. Dealership is great - it's RAM not getting their act together. And when they run out of excuses - they blame it Covid.

After contacting both my dealer and RAM customer service, I was told by BOTH that they do not believe in the delivery week stated in the email. My truck is still in D with no movement in sight. That's very unprofessional to say the least....
