Nice! I had an 88 2 door swb, and still have a gen 2.5 with factory air locker/winter package. Its a beast at 250k miles. Bought it for $400 in Colorado and put in a junkyard motor (original motor blew head gasket and was over heated and burnt the rings) in 2013 and its still going strong
Awesome! This is the kind of detailed response I was hoping for. I used to wheel my old montero all over Colorado when I lived in Louisville and Denver. I'm in CA now, and close to the Sierra so I'm excited to run mine through its paces. Yeah, I used to run the km2 for a long time, but I think...
You'll probably have to drill or grind it out. Sounds like the nutsert or clip on the back side has broken loose. Another thing you might try is grabbing the head of the bolt with vise grips and pulling toward you while rotating to the left...this might put enough pressure on the backside to...

Final...
The fact that you would rather spend 5 minutes typing part of the answer up and basically then saying go find it yourself, rather that spending only 5 seconds to link to the appropriate thread. Yes, you could find it quickly because you already knew what the thread was titled and were probably...
I found it already. Thanks for your work though...I think it's good to have this in multiple places. Also, no need to be a d!ck when people are just trying to ask questions--it really doesn't help any one and it's one reason that people stop frequenting forums.
