TRX has 80% more power. Bolting on a Whipple is probably good for around 25 - 30% more (reliably)
To push that much weight and that much tire around, you'll want more than what a stock block can offer.

Got my alignment spot on. With me in the drivers seat, camber evens out to -0.3 on each side. I believe I still had wiggle room as well. I'd be okay with almost a degree of negative camber (just my own opinion here). Factory settings want to see zero camber nominal and 5 degrees of caster...

What electrical loads do you have on the truck while seeing this voltage?
Biggest would be heated seats, heated wheel, blower motor, radio on moderate volume ...
If it is indeed the weatherstrip, some silicone spray on a rag then wiped on it can rule out or pinpoint the noise.
