Back is working much better. Spend about 2 hours shock tuning. Going to add some hydro bumps next year sometime after I rebuild the front coil overs.

Thinking about rocking these out back. They should be just short enough to fit under the bed

Well the back is still an issue. Way better but still likes to buck. I still have some tuning to do on the bypasses.

I didn’t use them. However if you are going with a stock style shock they should work just fine. I don’t believe you can buy just the sumo spring. If I was you just use those energy Suspension ones. They are 1/4 of the cost

If your not wanting anything custom Bilstein B8 series is the best thing you could put on it. They are a little hard to find.

Home made limit strap kit turned out great. Plus it’s adjustable.

A number of reasons. Mainly that it allows for a number of different shock options. It only cost me about $200 for the conversion too.

You have to remember the shock body doesn’t really move only the shaft does. The control arms won’t hit it either

Next piece of the puzzle. going to try and adjust these so they also mimic a limit strap.

And done. Dirty as always. Damn snow and dirt roads. Seems to work great. Feels refined out back. Going to ease into the jumps next week as this was very custom. One thing that sucks is I maybe gained a half inch of travel but these mounts open up more options for different shocks

So long story short the kind of fit. I need about an inch more or so for piece of mind on the up travel. I’m going to lower the mounting 1 inch in on the lower mount to achieve this. Wish me luck.
