If your getting it fabbed up have them do both with a bushing on the frame connection. There’s minuses to both setups so combining them fixes those issues
Should be the same radio but you don’t need to... the existing radio is nav capable you just have to cal Uconnect and pay a fee and they’ll activate that function it’s either 5 or 800 something like that.
Or just take your old wheels with you and pay a few bucks and have them swap the sensors from the old wheels into the new ones... then you know for a fact the problem is solved.
Take the truck to discount tire or similar and tell them to run their scanner on the sensors... it’s free and only takes a couple
Mins. If their transmitting they’ll tell you... if they’re not then odds are they’re not there. Nothing I’ve seen shows them switching frequencies for the 2021 year...
It’s just flag time... mechanics are paid whatever the book says it should take... the book is almost never right. That’s how they make their money.... if they only got paid for how long it took they wouldn’t make very much overall at all, and tools are expensive. The faster they can do a job...
Some factory shocks are actually long enough to accommodate a small lift and still be in their designed range... and sometimes they use the shorter shock to limit axle droop so that other issues don’t arise.

Depending on where you live and how old the truck is there could be corrosion setting in. I find it odd that the shop couldn’t get them broke loose with an impact. I used a regular 1/2” ratchet when I removed the bolts to install my tow hooks.
For underneath go grab one of the old school beam sprinklers for a lawn... yea the one that goes back and forth.... hook it up and turn it on under the truck... just let it run awhile and move it around... you’d be surprised how well it works.
On my ‘20 the auto has to be on in order to see it... I can’t think of why you’d not see it when you put it into auto mode... how else are you supposed to select what temp you want it providing lol
I’m going to guess no, years ago before factory installed brake controllers dodge would provide a connector and wiring to plug into an existing plug under to the dash for easy install of a controller. With the newer wiring setups they’ve done away with that as far as I can tell. My ‘18 didn’t...
