i got the same thing last week. I understand that those stack on top of most other factory rebates, as long as the dealer goes for it. It’s not money out of the dealers pocket so they shouldn’t squawk about it.
What I would like to know is if you can stack it with the true car rebate.
If I remember correctly, you are in the PNW. Depending on your willingness to fly, Lithia of Spokane had a Billet Silver BTS with ED, pretty much all optioned out.
EDIT: I have no experience with the dealer, or what kind of deal they might offer.
I tried with 3 dealers and all said "nope". Buried over in the BTS dedicated thread there is a member who apparently was able to order through his friend who was a GM. General consensus is dealers get what they get form RAM on those. You after a certain color?
congrats on the new pickup. Did they by chance have any silver BTS ones?
I’m thinking of pursuing one of these, torn between colors. Silver has been my first choice for getting a 5th gen and it seems slick in this BTS package.
But there is a less loaded Anvil one due to arrive soon.
id say it’s a good deal. Best I’ve been able to see is a 13% dealer discount and that was on a 2020 Rebel. Not sure what the breakdown is on yours for discount/rebate/incentive but either way I’d say a good deal given the current market.
No new Anvil or Billet Silver owners coming forward yet? Curious how pricing will be since deals in general seem to have tightened up. Might go looking this weekend.
And apparently do some crawling under to verify springs and shocks. Curious if this next batch is coming out washed of Your guys’...
What general region are you in? All I see for my area is employee pricing, and 0/36 for what I am looking at (Rebel). There is a 1,000 bonus cash for Big Horns and Laramie.
I did get a bonus cash allowance direct email form Ram this past Wednesday.
Yep, I was trying to deal with a dealer in Idaho on a 2020 Rebel, and saw a 2021 BTS that just landed with a MSRP a few thousand less than the Rebel. Since the Rebel wasn't the price I was hoping for I asked about the "big horn" over there and they said they would discount it less than a Rebel...
Watch out. I just left a dealer that had a similar pricing structure shown. I confirmed on the phone, and with two different sales men once I got their and what do you know, come time to get a sales order going they said there was a glitch and the price was incorrect. By $7k
What area are you in? They started hitting lots back east like two weeks ago, and apparently texas. Seems this week a few are making it out west. I've seen just a few local to me but they are optioned to the point of being a decently equipped Rebel MSRP. Granted, rebates may be a little better...
Do you mind sharing what the MSRP was? Locally the most I been is 6,000, up to 8,000 (but that one included 2k finance and 2k trade in rebate). Those were MSRP of 59,XXX-62,XXX
Of course depends on state/area but to get to $45k OTD with 20% off, that seems more like base Rebel territory (52k range). The well equipped ones I've seen (~$62k) would need to be hit about 30% off MSRP to get somewhat close to $45 OTD. I don't see that happening.
Just saying that since I...
I don't have the exact figures as they called back when I was heading up to camp but off hand what they quoted on the phone seemed to basically be invoice price +/- $500. I got a quote from Koons for a slightly different build but that was 6% under invoice.
I feel your pain. I went to a local dealer that had 6 well equipped 2020 Rebels (around $60-63k MSRP) that seem to have been there a while. I engaged the dealer in September, and then on 9/30 (end of the quarter) asked for 20% off. He came back and said the would be closer to 10%....
I think I...
