You have to cut from the top. Typically the rule is one at the spring equals two at the truck. Meaning with the spring out, standing up, measure the overall height. If it’s 18”, you go down the coil to where it measure 17 1/2”. That should give you 1” drop. BUT, since the top three are sitting...
they are 22x9. If you have air ride suspension and entry assist it lowers the front at least an inch I thought. Crawl under the truck when it’s in that position and look at the clearance. I’m fairly certain it could take an inch with no issues.
idk if mine settled any. Maybe a little bit my passenger side was higher by 3/4” than drivers so I cut about a coil off passenger side and now they pretty close but may have brought both side sides down a little.
looks good. I’ve always rathered a lowered truck. Less fender well space always makes a truck look better. I just don’t want to go that low. Waiting patiently for a 2/4 drop.

These are 305/45/22. Wheel is a 22x10 with +25 offset. Your wheels are 22x9 with +19 offset. My wheels have right at 3/4” more wheel inside than yours. I was worried about rubbing so i added 1/4”spacers. I have no rubbing. You won’t either. Your tire is 32.1” tall and 11.2” wide with 5”...
I'm also digging the chromed wheels. I was undecided between the ones I got and ones chromed just like them. Only reason I went with what I have was to match my boat.
