    2019 RAM 1500 Exhaust leak,

My issue with exhaust leak came from the flange right in front of muffler... it was separated... had it cut out, and a piece of pipe welded where the flange was.

2019 RAM 1500 Limited will not start

Mine was a flange problem with the coupler right in front of the muffler, had a wide gap in inside section, Had it cut out and a pipe welded over it at muffler shop, cheaper and do not have to worry about flange. since then, not an issue.

    ROUGH starts on cold starts?

well, took it to an exhaust/muffler place, and had them cut out the leaking flange that was messed up, and now have a welded connection, not the faulty bolt flange connector. too many issue with that.

Ya, the flange that is closest to the muffler on the engine side was really gapped on mine... i could have gotten another flange, but figured I read enough about issues with that to find a perm solution.

I had over 200000 miles on my first Hemi (2003), over 120000 miles on my 2012, and 20000 on my 2019. The only problem I has was with my 2012, the exhaust manifold had a crack in it, and once warmed up, it sealed. the 'tick' went away. changed oil 5000-9000 miles, mobil one full synth, and...

Did Chrysler Fix the Hemi Tick for 5th Gen?

the Hemi Tick in my 2012 was a broken exhaust manifold.. once replaced, it was quiet. only did that on cold startup, then once warm, the crack would expand to seal.

Loving the Ram in the snow here in Northern Colorado..

only problem was too much wet snow sliding off the roof when I came to a stop... my auto wipers would not work, had to pull over and clean the front.
