My issue with exhaust leak came from the flange right in front of muffler... it was separated... had it cut out, and a piece of pipe welded where the flange was.
Mine was a flange problem with the coupler right in front of the muffler, had a wide gap in inside section, Had it cut out and a pipe welded over it at muffler shop, cheaper and do not have to worry about flange. since then, not an issue.
well, took it to an exhaust/muffler place, and had them cut out the leaking flange that was messed up, and now have a welded connection, not the faulty bolt flange connector. too many issue with that.
Ya, the flange that is closest to the muffler on the engine side was really gapped on mine... i could have gotten another flange, but figured I read enough about issues with that to find a perm solution.
My 2019 ram 1500 laramie is doing that same thing, never run regular gas, parked outside on a slight incline (driveway) did it last year in the fall, and now doing it, 60000 miles, will be puting new plugs in it.

my 2003 Hemi, first gen of the hemi, traded it at 208000 miles, no problems, 2012 ram traded it at 123000, no problems, and I have a 2019 now, 20000 miles, do oil changes at 6000-9000 miles, mobil 1 and a good filter. Keep the maintenance up, you should not have a problem. (each one traded...
the Hemi Tick in my 2012 was a broken exhaust manifold.. once replaced, it was quiet. only did that on cold startup, then once warm, the crack would expand to seal.
