What type of papers did they send you? Sales contract, etc.? Did they mail them or sent electronic copies to your email? How come you are sending your deposit back, I thought that's something they charged upfront? I will also be dealing with Carl so wanted to know all the details. Thanks!

I wouldn't put too much stock in that just yet. NADA website options aren't finalized, they're missing quite a few things and I'm guessing the Uconnect 4 is just a carryover from the prior year- a placeholder of sorts.

I have purchased extended warranties from Ziegler several times for my current and previous Jeeps. I can't speak highly enough. And they're 3 times cheaper than going through a dealer unless you get a price match.

You mean after you submitted the order form with initialed options and signed buyers worksheet? I imagine you would have to contact your salesperson and redo those two forms and resubmit.
