That is a Nucamp Tab 400. It has been great so far, has wet bath, separate dinette. It is very solid, dry weight is around 2900 and fully loaded it tops the scales at ~3900.

Thought would add this, finally had a chance to post, we did a AK trip recently and the truck did great. It averaged 12 - 13 mpg towing which is not bad. The truck has 23 gallon tank and on time it was a possible concern was not Alcan highway; but in Montana (jeez it can be sparse there). I...

I just bought extended warranty from granger and to confirm it will show up if the dealer checks. I am also curious if I will get any paperwork (yes am a bit old school...... LOL)

will do, yes i saw where the road washed out. We flew up there couple of years ago and we so lucked out with the weather, it was clear for the whole week and Denali was visible for most of that week.

Thanks, never used a rivet nut tool, it is a cool tool. You can bet I verified the distance between the bed walls before taking a drill to it..... LOL

Well, since we are heading to AK I decided to add some racks for emergency fuel storage and/or generator gas. I used 3/4" plywood for the mount and then use rivet nut tool to place the nuts in the bed wall. I have 2 - 2 gallon containers one for each side.

That was close to the price I was quoted from the dealer where I bought my truck. I called one last dealer and that was where I got them. I looked at others; but just kept coming back to the OEM boards.

that was just for the boards. I saw different style on a 2500 I liked; but obviously couldn't get them for 1500.... What took the longest time installing was cleaning the paint off the studs. Had to chuckle the instructions said run a die on the threads prior to mounting...... Well can't...

Posted this in another thread, realized better here. I went with the Ram full length, got them at a local dealer for a good price.

Decided on the Ram full length running boards. I got them at a local dealer for $616 which was not a terrible price.

I can confirm those little $*%@#! do like the battery blanket and had my new truck less than a week. I guess they liked the new truck smell as much as I do.... 🤨

Probably will do Line-X. Fender flares may not do much, not sure. I will at least swap out the mud flaps as want to keep the white paint decent looking. We are heading to AK this summer so want to get as much protection as can get... LOL

Agree about payload, it was a bit easy for me to look at the all the bells/whistles and go, cool I want that. I had the dealer text me a pic of the payload sticker of the truck linked above it was 1475 so I didn't even bother to go look at it. Realistically in my view the 3.92 in that truck...

actually I got 23 with etorque since can't get one w/o it. My wife and I have decided if we ever upgrade from our current setup (Nucmap Tab 400 teardrop) it will be to a B / B+ and I have done some calculations and if I wanted to max out my towing via 3.92 setup I would basically need a stripped...
