I have no evidence or anything to back this up myself but I would say that getting the oil changed you are removing the old dirty oil that has soot in it and replacing with clean oil. I don't think that engine could be running better from this but it is helping to keep that engine running longer...
I am referring to period. I've now owned two of these trucks, I looked at my 2021 Limited tonight, and they both did exactly what you photographed. I personally didn't have any damage appear on the lenses or notice any degradation in functionality over the course of my ownership. I believe what...
Is that actual burning of the lens or is it just the intensity of each individual LED chip shining against the housing? My 2021 looks the same and so did my 2019. No issues.
That's a Nissan thing. My Maxima did that as well. The car would sense when the key fob was getting close and it would turn on the puddle lights. Unfortunately no such option exists right now for the Ram.
They will not fit. You will want to get specific 5th Gen tails if you plan to upgrade. If you have halogen tails now the OEM 5th gen tails are a plug and play upgrade.
Had this exact same thing happen to me with my Ram a few years ago. The service writer okayed the tech to drive it home but never gave me a call. I roll up to the dealer at 6 at night and force them to return the truck back to the dealer because they had broken my trust.
Get this, the issue I...
I've only got about 800 miles on my 2021 but so far my hand calculated mileage is 25 MPG. I do 90% highway driving during the week and I average 75-80 on those 85 mile runs round trip.
If it's anything like the fourth gens the answer is going to be yes. Just a simple unbolt and replace. I'll bet they will and once they start coming in stock I'll be going after a set myself.
2021 Ram 1500 Limited with Eco Diesel, Ramboxes, Sunroof, 33 gal tank, multifunction tailgate, and a few things I am sure I missed.
MSRP 74,700. Down to 65,700. Allowed 33,500 on my trade of 2018 Ram 1500 bighorn 15k miles. Out the door 32,700 because of their doc fee. No taxes for my...
Yeah I'd be in too. Personally I would increase the length a little just so the buyer has choice as to where they want to mount the dash cam. I am running a dash cam right now using micro usb and I have mounted to the right of the mirror.
I am hoping the ceramic coating was a good investment. We will see. Still subject to lots of rock chips but hoping the paint stays looking good longer. I did a 5 year as well.
Nope doesn't show on a history report at all. It'll appear as regular maintenance. On carfax it might say "Engine checked" and that's it. Now I have seen if they have to replace an engine that shows up sometimes.
That sucks about the loaner. I was at the mercy of Enterprise and all they would...
I've had the mopar cat back exhaust on my 4th gen and now my 5th gen as well. For whatever reason they did make it a lot louder on the 5th gen. Personally it doesn't bother me. I get compliments on it often but it is a lot louder than what people might expect.
