Mine does the same thing....with the dash speakers and the speed adjust I never have to go past 20 even with the windows down. The volume limit only happens with CarPlay and Satellite for me.

Turn the speed adjusted volume up to 3 in the audio settings. Also replace your dash speakers with some Infinity 3032cfx which will help the highs.

The rebates are live this morning, the dealer has them already even if they dont show on the website. No need to wait, most dealership websites will have all of the applicable rebates listed on the vehicles as well.

There will always be a difference between slapping a generic LED bulb(even its its made for reflectors since every reflector is different) and a OEM system that was developed together. That being said if you are worried about cost then LED bulbs in the halogen lights is your cheapest option.
