So...just received a call from RAM case manager and per the service manager at the dealership, he is saying this issue is consistent with this type of vehicle and there is no fix for it... I think it's time for me to take it to another dealership so they know what they are doing and hopefully...

Talked to RAM customer service and they are following up with the dealership as to why the seat covers were not replaced. They even told me since my truck is under warranty and very low miles they should have replaced it without any issues...

Just a quick update, I was able to fix the rear passenger door rattle and took me like a minute. I adjusted the striker just enough so when door closes, it doesn't rattle the plastics and that took care of it. Dealership had it for few days and couldn't figure it out and even put sound deadening...

Well got a surprise call from RAM Customer Care today to see how things were and told them the issues were still there with the seat covers plus couple other things need to be looked at. This Bed liner sits under the side rails and has two plastic clips towards the tailgate end to hold it down. In regards to moisture concerns I have a bed cover so it will be very limited.

I like it so far and very cost effective. I believe the Mopar ones are discontinued so went this route. I have a bed cover too so keeps the bed dry.
