The front fender flares won't fit your Rebel without modification. The Rebel unfortunately takes specific fender flares that are shorter in length than the rest of the Ram 1500 family. The body panel below the headlights isn't as tall so the bumper can sit up higher.

You are 100% correct. When he removed the factory suspension up front he removed the 1" of lift. If he has the coilovers cranked enough to give him a 4" lift he is in for a laundry list of issues.
@HSKR R/T do you know the dimensions of the catch can itself? It looks like the Mishimoto model may be a touch bigger (capacity). Not sure it was worth the cost difference. But, that is the only functional difference I can see. Good find on Amazon!
