or if you really wanna go there, try for CPO with an extended bumper to bumper warranty.
I think the warranty generally isn't worth the same area of used toilet paper, but I really despise my local service centers. my 3rd party shop is so much better.
if not, let us know how the RTV/Silicone overlay on the crack outside works to stop the intrusion.
it's a real crap hand you've been dealt for sure.
I'd kick in 5 bucks towards your repair out of sympathy alone.
has anyone got this working yet? I've been working with support from Zauto after buying a input cable and bypass module and I don't think we are on the right pins or polarity . if anyone's got this done yet I'd love to hear.
no luck yet on the install of the composite video source. tried using my raspi, and also an old DVD player for a sanity check to make sure I wasn't testing with bad gear.
was their junk on the front light sensor of the mirror?
it works as a differential. if the rearward light sensor is brighter than the front, it tints, and how big the difference is determines how much.
It may be conditioning at this point. it will be hard to tell if you have fixed the problem right away unless you can have someone in the back coaching and giving active support. another way to try at this could be to get in the truck with the dog once a day, ignition full off. just hang out and...
how's the door alignment in the back? if it's not spot on and sealing 100% then a nasty whistle at speed is possible. if you can, have someone sit in the back and pull on the door while driving to try and keep it "extra" closed and see if it helps the dog.
check the cab to bed noise suppression...
If you feel like you cheated by switching to an FCA product I am sure the table will turn once you have to deal with FCA warranty repair. Literally the worst customer care I have ever had. Love the truck, will drive it into the pacific before I take it back to my last 2 FCA service centers.
the 4 on the right (I didn't pull the one on the left by itself) I belive are different antenna connections.
off the top of my head we have at least - Wifi, Bluetooth, Cellular, XM, AM/FM all to deal with which lines up with the 5 antenna looking connectors.
the camera inputs are definitely on...
I've got no skin in the game about what you buy, but -

DRL enable/disable is on the menu of configurable items.

what you describe reads like hinge adjustment. depending on the offset of the door from ideal, you may also then need to adjust the striker to match the new door alignment.
Pics? I could be saying entirely the wrong thing based on my interpretation of what you have.
I know this isn't exactly a junkyard list, it is a bunch of junkers that are up for sale. maybe that is close enough to the pin to count for something...
Ah yes, the engine calibration PCM flash. Thats the super sexy way of saying that it runs the firmware that actually spins the radiator fans as opposed to the one I got.
It was a real treat to find out that "radiator fan strategy" was shorthand for... use the GD radiator fan before it boils off...
I'd put lunch money on that being a lemon. check the state of initial registration, then do a search against that state's lemon law buyback lists. it is done via VIN so that should be doable.
dealer sells it, it gets bought back as a lemon and punted to auction as-is. Lemon law only covers...
Oh, they can be, just not by FCA.
a little bit of money gets you all kind of extra bells and bobs in the aftermarket.
Zautomotive TaserDT will enable ignition triggered auto folding mirrors amongst other things that you may care about, like cargo cam that you can extend back to the end of...
