If you get the sport and tow packages on the Laramie, you get the chrome tow mirrors. They don't have painted tow mirrors. If you get just the sport package on the Laramie, you get the painted mirrors.
On the Limited, if you get the body colored bumpers you still get chrome side mirrors...
Ah it appears maybe the same gorilla that tightened the oil filter at the factory on my motor did yours as well. I ended up getting mine off with a swivel oil filter wrench, but it was quite a pain - I was able to get it to move what seemed like only a mm or two each turn... just needed to...
Very cool - was just wondering because that is where I grew up. My parents still live there and I'm about an hour south near Bradenton. It's a great place.
Probably pretty unlikely to find that set of options on a dealer lot somewhere. I think it is unlikely that a dealer would order a truck with level 2 equipment, ASG, and the pano roof but then keep the bench seat and 18" wheels - that is a pretty specific set of options. Figure most people...
Would you mind taking a picture to show how flush the tires sit with the body/flares? I'm trying to decide if I want to go +1mm when I order wheels or if I'm going to stick with the stock +19mm. Also trying to decide if I want to go 305/55 or 285/65.
Truck looks awesome!
This is one where I actually remembered what hashtag I searched. I saw another one on a different truck from the SEMA truck, but it had some graphics on it so it might have been another show truck.
I'm definitely interested in the CX Revo too, might call a couple local topper places. I was searching around on Instagram and saw a couple 2019's with the CX Revo installed and it definitely looks awesome.
If I am remembering correctly:
Top left: range/distance to empty
Top right: trip a miles
Bottom left: current fuel economy
Bottom right: battery voltage
Center top: speedometer
Left dial: menu selections
Right dial: average fuel economy
Center: I use the vehicle information screen...
I actually just went out to the garage and sure enough you can see the tip of the temp sensor sticking out of the front side of the mirror assembly on the drivers side. The panel comes off, but I didn't mess with it.
Do you mind me asking where you found a copy of the FSM? I've been searching...
My ambient temp sensor will read high too, especially if it is in the sun. Today it was 75 degrees and sunny, went to my truck leaving work at 4 PM and it said it was 100 degrees outside. I have a 17 mile drive home, about 12 of it is on the interstate. Even by the time I had been traveling...
West coast of Florida, there was two sets on Facebook marketplace without tires or TPMS sensors - both were $500 but I think they sold over the weekend. There is another set but it has tires and TPMS for $1250, but I don’t need tires or the sensors so I might ask if he’d sell just the wheels.
I'm up in the air on if I want to go with the black wheels from the Bighorn/Lonestar for my Ivory Laramie sport... I'm also looking at the Fuel Ripper or Fuel Shok in 20x9. I want an all black wheel, and boy does @19 streak 's truck make the Ram wheels look awesome. There are a couple sets for...
The regular halogen lamps are much cheaper (MSRP $175 each). P/N on those is 55112988AE/55112989AE (those part numbers should match what is on your existing tail lights if you'd like to double check).
If you have a Big Horn with the standard halogen lamps, you probably don't have the blind spot/cross path detection. I'm fairly certain if you picked that option you had to also get the premium LED lighting group.
This is how the Ram website describes it: The Blind Spot Monitoring System[1]...
