What did you do to your Ram today???

I ran the positive from the LED strip and tapped the cargo light trigger wire, which is white with a tan tracer in the drivers door sill, and then used one of the existing ground points under the hood on the driver side fender.

What did you do to your Ram today???

I tapped the cargo light trigger so that the light comes on when a door opens and shuts off as soon as a door is closed.

What did you do to your Ram today???

After getting the extra LED strips installed in the bed a couple weeks ago, followed it up by getting some running board lighting installed since I found the puddle lights on the mirrors to be a little lacking. Also I spy some new tread waiting for my Bilstein 5100's to get installed at some point!

    Mopar upper control arms

That is pretty crazy to hear on the right side UCA. I ordered both on 4/28 and they shipped 4/29 and are due to be delivered tomorrow. Sounds like I might have got the last one they had or something.

    Mopar upper control arms

68323530AA and 68323531AA. $48.05 each and it cost $33 to ship them to me in Florida. I imagine it might be a little less being in TX.

    Bilstein 5100 advice- Don’t buy new UCA’s

Mopar Wholesale Parts - part numbers 68323530AA and 68323531AA. $48 each plus shipping (which was $33 for me coming from AZ all the way to FL), so $129 total.

    Mopar upper control arms

I ordered the ones that come with the 2" lift from Mopar Wholesale Parts (which is Larry Miller Dodge located in Avondale, AZ) last Wednesday and they shipped them the next day.

    Bilstein 5100 advice- Don’t buy new UCA’s

The issue with the UCA's on lifted trucks isn't necessarily while the suspension is at a normal resting/driving position. The issues happen when the wheels hit full droop and the stock UCA doesn't have enough articulation and could potentially pop the ball joint out of the socket. If you...

I cant believe I am asking this but...

Ah, so more straightforward than the HK system I have. I was thinking maybe they used the same marketing tactics for both.

I cant believe I am asking this but...

I think on the Big Horn, the 9 speaker plus sub is the "optional" sound system. They count woofers/tweeters as separate speakers, so I think it is 4 6x9 woofers in the doors, the center channel in the dash, the woofer/tweeters in the corners of the dash (so 4 total speakers there) for a total...

    Dam messed my tailgate up.

The the dent on top of the tailgate like that, to me it looks like someone tried to use a pry bar to get into your bed cover. Given that you're lifted and on larger tires, I'm not sure what could be tall enough to damage your tailgate like that if it backed into you. Also, the tailgate linked...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Wired them to the factory bed lights. Super easy - just remove the tail lights and you have access to the wiring harness. Red to red and black to black, easy as that!

    Tailgate light bar

I used nuts/bolts to secure the mounting brackets to the plastic part - no interference with the steel part. I used 10-24 1" flat head allen drive bolts and serrated flange nuts. Was going to use screws but figured being able to use a bolt would be a bit more secure.
