It took a while to get dislodged. I was fortunate that the shoulder was to my right and noone was also using it.
It does look like a recap don't it. That tire was original to the truck 2018~. 122000 miles on it.
Had this happen this morning doing 65. Kept it mostly in my lane and onto the shoulder. I was like WTF and why am I looking at the underside of my hood now.
Noted I need a fast way to turn them off and on maybe link in with brights or such. I do encounter 4 5 people between 430 and 5am. I dont want to be that guy.

Mine is dryed out now. I think it pinched when I tightened it back up. It was set in place correct in initial install. Once I get around to it I'll measure the oring and order a higher quality one.
I get that but sometimes I'll fire it up remote so when I get in idle has dropped or it has just some heat in it to not make the first few miles suck trying to see out the windshield. I have had the low fuel light on enough times to know now it will fire up idle for about 2 to 3 seconds then...
Took off my catch can today. During my last oil change the can was loose to the to so it tightened it up. Also the can was loose to the bracket so I made a note to fix that.
Got it off the truck because I could not get the one bolt off while in position. So I remember it was loose and check...
