Ah gotcha I misunderstood, that’s very odd.

Well our situations are a little different, my truck is already built yours is just scheduled. I’m hoping mine is saying TBD because it’s shipped or close to being shipped but I don’t actually know if that’s what is going on or not.

When did yours change from TBD? My dealer told me a week ago that my truck was estimated to ship on 9/8. I was hoping that it changed to TBD because it was getting ready to ship or was being shipping currently. My original date to receive my truck was 10/4.

Ram tracker updated today to my vehicle status being built on 8/31 and arrival date being TBD. Let’s see when I actually get it now.

It almost like their entire customer service department is AI. That’s literally what it feels like talking to them, even on the phone.

Ordered mine in April went into production 7/25 estimated delivery is 8/4. It’s been shipped to storage since 8/8.

What tonneau cover did you end up going with?

Gave it a quick read and unless I missed it this seems to only be for the 3.0 SO engine. Do you know of the same reported issues with the HO? I know there is a post here somewhere about someone getting the misfire codes with their 3.6 V6. Not sure if they’re the same as with the 3.0 though.

Someone mentioned on here before that it’s a complete different thermostat design. Also I haven’t heard any issues with the HO yet but many people here are stilling waiting for them.

Just got an update from my dealer my limited it set to ship on 9/8. It’s currently in JS status.

Very frustrating lol going away tomorrow had to borrow someone’s midsize suv and it’s packed to the gills. I was hoping that I’d have the truck by now especially when it went into production almost a month ago.

I opened up a case awhile back so it’s just them routinely following up every few weeks usually with information that’s already published on ram tracker. The only information I got that wasn’t on ram tracker was that my vehicle was shipped to storage after production was complete.

Got an update from Ram customer service today… my update was that there is no update at this time lol.

Still no movement on mine hopefully it ships soon. Sunday will be a month since it went into production.
