I love my 22"s truck rides great and the large combo filles in the wheel well nicely. I'd have bought the truck with either option but it was optioned with 22"s when I bought, no regerts
If it dies immediately after jumping, the alternator is likely bad and not producing voltage. The alternator should produce enough voltage at idle to keep the vehicle running even if the battery is completely flat/all dead cells.
Check the alternators output voltage
Me personally, I have no expectation of the salesperson to be knowledgeable in anything other than where the keys are for the vehicle I want to test drive; my experience in 2020 looking for my current truck bore that out.
Conversely, I don't expect reliable information from a forum aside from...
My low fuel light comes on at 50 miles to empty, about an 1/8th of a tank left.
The truck doesnt know how far you are form a gas station so it cancels remote start. The slope may also have something to do with it
Ok, so understanding that and that problems do arise from time to time, why are you telling people to not buy the truck? Why not let a small problem be remedied by the service dept and wait to see what the actual issue was?

Changing your driving style will be the quickest best route to better mpg. Next will be the the lift and 35"s tires
What rpm is your trans shifting at?
They won't lose me, not over this. No one has a handle on factory leather covered dashes. I've found a new factory replacement for mine for $480 which is more than reasonable to me, I just don't want the hassle of the install and my solution has worked great so far. If you don't want this...
Lol, my wife has a Jaguar XF. I took it in for an oil change to Jaguar/Land Rover of Frisco; they made Ram service look like 5 star service. Everyone has questionable seems to have questionable service with the exception of Audi, at least not yet. Their service is great other than the upsale...
I did my repair Jan 30, 9 months later still good.
I do think the Dap Weldwood may be a better adhesive choice though.
I had to modify the center console in my car and re-glue the leather. I think the weldwood worked better, seamed to stay flexible
