Yup, brakes won't fit anything smaller. Many aftermarket 18" rims will not fit either. The OEM 18" rims barely fit, there is very little clearance. I went to 18" rims on my Limited to give myself a bit more rubber for the mild off-roading I like to do sometimes, and the winter fun I have. I went...
As others have stated, wait for her to break in. Mine wasn't much better than that, around 11-12 or so if memory serves, until she had a few thousand miles. It started incrementally getting better around 2k-3k miles. Now she has just over 9k, and gets 13-15 in town, depending on the...
I know sometimes the search results are not the best, but if you search for "LEDs fob" (minus the quotes) you will get results. You just have to try variations of the search terms to find what you're looking for, like many other search engines.
Examples...
Just to update you all, I have confirmed... 91 octane (no ethanol) after a few tanks has completely eliminated any pinging. I would run lower octanes, like 89, but they do not offer that ethanol-free in my area. Only ethanol free octane is usually 91.
I really wish our Costco was like many...
My father's truck showed up today, assuming he signs the delivery paperwork. Ordered on 05/19/21.
He's still not "taken delivery" yet. He's stuck on not liking the tail lights for some reason, and they have to perform a radio reprogram/update before they can sell it. Small town dealership, only...
+1. Many folks completely skip changing cabin air filters, and they get very disgusting. Not sure you really want to be breathing air that has flowed through a moldy or black filter.
+1 for the gear oil change as well. Pretty easy on these trucks compared to the older Rams.
My 2020 has both. The air dam deploys (supposedly) at lower MPH than my Aero mode works at. When it comes time for aero mode, the air dam pulls up.
I have never verified the air dam actually deploys, but I have been down there in that area of the truck multiple times; it is indeed there.
I...
I apologize if this has already been covered earlier in this thread and I missed it... please tell me if so, and I will go back and re-read.
My father's 2022 window sticker popped up finally right before the last week in October. I saved it and sent it to him. Build date stated 10/20. This...
Did you custom order or buy it off the lot? If off the lot, its possible they removed it and sold it separately, or gave it to another owner whom wanted it. (They may have then forgotten, or it was a different salesman, so not necessarily did it to you on purpose.)
A gentleman in the Chicago area. Shipping was a little bit of a pain, but got 'em there in great shape and the guy was happy.
You were right though, my apologies, I had read some bad info, it does not drag the brakes at all.
The eTorque motor does its thing, but it does regenerate from the...
Original: Yup, thats the regenerative braking feature. Helps charge the system by lightly dragging the brakes whenever you're not on the gas (or cruise control), basically. It comes with the eTorque system.
EDIT: This is incorrect, my apologies. The eTorque motors drags the car, but does not use...
Congrats on the truck!
Is your "deleting presets" issue for regular radio or for Sirius XM? If Sirius, that is usually resolved by creating a profile in the radio.

If you're talking regular radio presets...
I know it wasn't in the original question, and this thread took a small left turn down the CDT route (which is fine), but just to add a tidbit that I haven't seen mentioned yet...
The rear 3.5" ceiling speakers for the H/K system read 3.7 ohms for mine when I was playing with them earlier this...
No experience with these specifically, but in my experience with aftermarket housings on 2nd Gen and 4th Gen Rams, while some may look cooler/better than factory, they will never have the output of most factory housings. The only way I've seen factory performance exceeded is with a full custom...
Use them all the time. Had them on my 2014 (bought used and thought I'd try them), and I will never buy another Ram without them... except maybe a TRX someday. My passenger side one always has my jump starter, and in the winter it also has my recovery strap and associated gear. Driver side is...
Father texted me today. His salesman (small town dealer) called him up and claims the truck is built and ships tomorrow. The build sheet went from something along the lines of "information not available" to now saying "unable to fetch information, contact system administrator." So something...
The way these work, no, I do not think you'd have an issue, not that I can foresee.
That being said, I would do the full airbags, many of which you can find spacer kits for or will work with smaller lifts (like 2"). I went the Airlift 1000 route with my 2014. You have to remember to inflate...
Unless you're noticing issues, I'd just move on. You made a tiny mistake, but 40 minutes is nothing, as others states. I think you're just being paranoid and worrying over nothing. (No offense intended, I do this myself with my truck to.)
Yes, prolonged idle for hours upon hours over its...
