I'm having issues getting voicemail to play back over the truck audio using CarPlay with my Xs Max. This has been going on for the past several weeks. No UConnect update for the truck in that period. It could very well be on the iPhone side.

The manufacturer recommends 89 (Midgrade/Plus). I bet they have a lot of science and data behind that.

You're also comparing break-in mileage with 89 to running 87 a bit later. Have you tried running 89 again? Were the trips the same between the first 6,316 miles and the 3,847? You're data for 87 is also only a little over 61% that of your 89 data.

You have eTorque, like I do. eTorque smooths out transitions and can apply torque to keep MDS engaged at times that it would go off on a truck without eTorque.

If it ever gets to the point of a class action, they'll find you if you're part of the 'class'. If the class action has a dollar settlement, you'll get next to nothing. The lawyers will make out very well. If the settlement is for a repair, then you'll be notified about how to get it fixed.

I have yet to have this issue anywhere. I just make sure that the nozzle is inserted deeply so that it's past the second filler flap in the neck.
