My last 4 vehicles in the last 6 years all had panoramic (all Mopar). Not a single problem...even survived hail storms...all were ceramic tinted. 2 years were in sweltering GA heat and 4 in TX hell
I've only dealt with the service managers here and its like a competition on who can be the most incompetent or have the least amount of consideration and customer service skills....the sales manager even told me that the dealership as a whole loses sales because of the service department...
So...
I love the truck...way better than my last truck a 2011 F150.
things I don't love:
- exhaust system...so quiet :cautious:
- power outlets on early builds are non existent (n)
- truck is not conducive to a combat start (transitioning from start to D is glitchy)
- all sports packages should have...
The 18 they loaned me didn't have it...maybe there were some inconsistency in 18 as well. The system in it matched what you would see in the 18 Durangos except the Durango had Android Auto

id try spacers on the clamp if it seems too loose.
I read someone else's thread about issues with the air...
I'm just guessing but the glossy is the Uconnect 4C and the non glossy is the 3C. I know it's not the same uconnect because of the icons...what I don't know is if that effects the trim too. That dull trim one doesn't have airplay or Android auto either
I've been in a 19 that has the 4C that had...
Oh... thats too simple, in my ignorance i thought it was the most awkwardly placed "shifter". In my defense this is my first Mopar out of 4 without paddle shifters
