Have you gotten it back? If so what was done to remedy the issue. Mine is definitely related to climate system and it's just a funky smell. Not like a traditional musty but just funky lol. I leave mine in Auto 100% of the time. If I turn it off the smell disappears.

I had this come on a couple months ago and they reset it. It came on a week ago and I pulled the negative cable and it went away. It came back yesterday and I also smell what seems like coolant from the engine area and the skunk smell in the vehicle.

Totally agreed, they will not resolve this.

I just had mine replaced and Safelite did an amazing job. They are trained and qualified to do any calibration for advanced safety systems so no second trip to the dealer.

That’s what others are reporting also with the vent differences and I have heard because of it being farther away and the heat from the electronics the way it’s piped. Just what was speculated here.

I am referring to the update that is applicable for these build dates not being applicable to units with the 12.1 radio. The A/C complaints are well documented on this forum and don’t apply to your build date.
