The 'trick' system override still doesn't allow your vehicle to move with the door open. If you are hooking up a trailer or opening and closing gates, not having to close the door to move the vehicle a few feet is convenient.

I don't wear seatbelt when I'm out on the farm or running around hunting. Pain in the fanny with opening and closing gates, getting out and glassing, etc. These go in once I get off the hard roads and seatbelt goes back on when I head back home.
