Here's your I.T. reply: Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in? :ROFLMAO:
That's kinda half serious - on the 2017s there were a boatload of cases where a couple of connectors under the truck were not connected correctly and that would let a bit of moisture in and create all kinds...
Which means you should change the upper control arms out so you are not destroying your ball joints.
That's why Readylift's stuff says not for use on ORG/ORP - because the 3.5 inch lift which comes with UCAs is then a 4.5 which requires more than just UCA's and the 2 inch spacer-only level kit...
Any of you leveled guys ever tow anything? If so, did you have to add airbags to keep it from sagging so much it looked like a bad Caroline lean?
My 17 EcoDiesel sagged so bad that even stock it looked a bit low in the azz end. With a level it would have looked ridiculous...and that's not a...
1) what update are they suggesting you need?
2) why won't a new head unit fix the problems? I have the 8.4 andI don't have any of those issues so it is either a problem with the unit or the software needs to be updatesd which is no biggie.

I try not to get too worked up about it - what am I gonna do, stop driving my brand new truck?
I also try not to worry too much about what mileage other guys say they are getting...doesn't affect me.
I wish I got 30 MPG going 82 on the hwy. I think Tesla is coming out with an electric...
He'll call. I did my deal on July 1 - last day for June discounts. Sales manager came out with the 'this deals only good for the next 10 minutes - if you leave the lot this deal is off the table. I mentioned that I'm low pressure kind of guy and left. Sales person called back 4 hours later...
You can do better.
Work a couple of dealers and show the local fellers the deal you can get elsewhere. They need to move some units and 2020 hits the ground in Sept.
