    Air conditioning performance

If / When they apply this class action to RAM, I'll be all over it. There's clearly a problem and they aren't willing to do anything about it. I just removed the hack from my truck for the winter. It's already turned cold and rainy here in GA and I'm quite thankful. Got it set back on auto and...

Check your doors for alignment. Quality Control

No, mine looks good. You may have something entirely different going on. But, I think having part of the door sit in further will look better than part sticking out. But, that's just a guess as I've not seen this scenario in person. Have any photos?

Why so much animosity lol ?

The longhorn is clearly the best trim level. And if anyone paid anywhere near 70k on these trucks, they got hosed. My condolences to any of you that didn't do your research and over paid.

    Swapping Longhorn Grill for Limited

The Longhorn is a much nicer truck. I feel sorry for all you limited owners. Grill envy is no fun.

AC - does anyone have a truck that blows ice cold?

Mine is extremely cold....with the clamp mod. I finally had to break down and put it back on. We've been having a long hot spell. Once it cools down a bit and starts raining again, i'll reverse it. But for now, I need cold all the time and the extra coolness of the clamp mod is wonderful. Went...

    Sensitive parking sensors

When dealing with sensitive sensors, I find it best to speak to them in a very soft voice and maintain a gentle tone.

    Dodgy dealer

Keep your fingers crossed that they keep it just 5 more days. Most states have a 30 day lemon law clause. Check your state for details, but if they do, then just go online and start completing and filing the paperwork. Super easy to do and as long as you've fulfilled the requirements there's...

    Red light to Red light

I'll just lurch off the light just enough to make them think I'm going, then watch them go. Figure I'll see one get stopped someday. Either way they look like idiots and I get the pleasure of knowing I made em do it.

    Aero mode

Check the settings. I have the 12" UConnect and in settings there's a suspension menu. From there you can toggle the aero behavior.

    A/C Performance

Yup. Same thing we all have concluded. Glad to see more videos coming out. No more of this "my ac is ice cold" mess. Unfortunately it's within Rams current specs. We are all just complaining amongst ourselves at this point. Until folks stop buying, we all just get to keep suffering. In fact...

What does the FCA Enhanced Customer Satisfaction Department do?

I'm not at liberty to discuss my personal experience in this department and I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to talk about talking about my experience in this department...based on something I had to sign....so i'll keep it vague. I believe this department is in charge of denying buy backs. I...

    Air conditioning performance

I know I've cost RAM at least 1 sale over this already. Buddy of mine literally just bought a new truck that isn't a RAM because of my A/C issues. Folks don't want to be hot. Not that RAM is hurting for sales, but that's 1 they missed out on.

    Gas Mileage

If I reset my trip computer I can get 21 on the highway....but that just isn't real. My real average is between 16 and 18. I don't rabbit start and don't drive like a maniac. I do tend to go 7-10 mpg over the speed limit on interstates but keep it at about the speed limits on side streets. If I...

Door mark from dealer/and service complaint with advice needed

... And don't freak out. PDR is super cheap. If you just don't want to deal with the dealer, pay for it yourself and move on. Not worth the worry and stressing over. Not saying it's right, just proposing a less stressful route. Plenty of PDR folks will come right to your residence and knock it...

Is Android Auto really that wonky?

If your buddy writes software, then none of this should even remotely come as a surprise. If builders built houses the way programmers built programs, the first woodpecker to come along would destroy civilization. -- Gerald Weinberg

    A/C Performance

With more and more dealerships/service departments admitting to the issue and agreeing with our complaints, something has to happen eventually. I'd be pretty disappointed if it were just us forum dwellers complaining, considering every other person who chimes in on the issue gives their...

    A/C Performance

Took mine in on the 21st to address poor shift points in my transmission and the weak air conditioning. Trans was corrected with an update, thankfully. The A/C issue resulted in the following: PERFORMED A/C PERFORMANCE TEST. A/C TEMP IS WITHIN SPECS FOR CURRENT TEMP AS PER CHRYSLER. FOR 80...
