Put a 4 ft level on the body underneath the doors, the fender wells don’t tell the story, these trucks have to be 1” higher in the back for the body itself to be level
Spacer did not effect ride at all, still using factory shocks also , may upgrade one of these days but truck is really smooth right now. ZY spacers (AMAZON)
Hey man can you take another pic of your truck? But next time take another 100 steps backwards so people can be even more confused about your setup lol
They may not have that size available, go 35x12.50R20 you won’t be sorry, these trucks have large fender well openings and if you go with a smaller tire it will look lost in the fender well
Bilstein all the way !!!!!!!!!! Yeah that was 10 exclamation points , you will not lose any ride quality at all , unless you just like throwing money away then go with the Mopar lift , just put my 5100’s on a few weeks ago and they are bad *** , listen to the hype , it’s true
The new Bilstein 5100s are actually lifting higher than the instructions say, my Bighorn is about 1/2" higher than it should be on setting#6 , but what most people don't understand is that just because your fenders might measure the same that means the truck is 1" higher in the front, put a 4 ft...
285-65-20 is too narrow and looks out of place with that much lift, go with 35-12.50-20 from the git go and you won’t end up buying them as a solution the 2nd time around , here’s my truck with 2-1/2” lift with 35-12.50-20 tires
I also compared my 14 to the factory 19’s and the 19 has about 5-10 more degrees of mobility, but unless you like off-roading a lot and tearing your truck all to hell go buy you some aftermarket uca’s, but not necessary unless you go over 3”, the pic below shows the 14 on the left -19 on the right
There is absolutely no need to purchase new UCA’s when installing Bilstein 5100s maybe this has been covered but on my non ORP Bighorn at #6 which is 2.5” the angle is very acceptable, I can’t see it changing much if you went up to #7 ,pics are attached below ,spend your money on something else...
There’s no difference in the arms from 2013 on , maybe earlier than that, I have a thread on here comparing the similarities between a 14 and the new ones that come in the Mopar kit, only difference in them are increased ball joint travel
