How was swapping those letters? I heard it can be a pain in the ***...
Also, what is your plan for the chrome lettering on your sport hood? I am going the same direction but I am holding off on emblems until I can find a set of OEM 20" Big Horn Night Edition wheels... which has been impossible smh
I had the same concern and was really hoping I could find an option I liked made with aluminum. However, that didn't happen so I took a chance with the D6 boards. They come powdercoated...but to be honest the finish was crap, so I had them bedlined inside and out. If I can get five years out of...
I think you are stuck. The Tach and Speedo rings are the only things that DON'T change on my Laramie when switching themes. I'm jealous of you Limited owners - I like the blue!
I have a regular Laramie Sport and plan to black it out. I believe I found a set of 20" Big Horn Night Edition rims (I prefer these over the Laramie/Limited 22" wheels). Next it will just be swapping from chrome to black badges which is easy. There isn't much to it to be honest. I prefer the...
Awesome man! An old college buddy of mine runs a detail shop so I think the pricing I get is better then most lol. The whole detail was $800...correction and coating. Seems like most shops charge over 1k for this (at least).
Just got the truck back from a full paint correction and graphene (ceramic) coating. Had her for a little over two months now and so far I have done the following -
Truxedo Sentry CT rollup bed cover
20% Front Tint
Dee Zee Bed Mat
Rough Country wheel well liners
Dominator D6 Steps
I think...
My 2 month old Laramie Sport getting prepped for ceramic coating this week -
My detailer is going to have it most of the week. Its only been a day and man do I miss my truck! lol
I test drove a couple of F-150s prior to buying the Ram and the ride quality is night and day. The Ford was very jittery over even the smallest imperfections in the road. Not something I could have lived with in a daily driver. As far as air ride goes, I would say its personal preference. My dad...
Test drive both. I went in for a Rebel and left with a Laramie Sport. The Laramie was more comfortable inside and seemed to ride nicer (most likely due to the tires). Also, the dealer was willing to negotiate more on the Laramie, so I ended up with more options then I originally planned on - at...
Already posted in the “what did you do to your Ram today” thread, but figured the pics may be helpful here also -
GoRhino Dominator D6 Rhino Lined
Very happy with how they turned out. If anyone wants a particular angle or anything I’ll snap some more pics.
The Lo Pro is actually not as low profile as the Sentry...so I am not why they call it that lol. Also, the Sentry (in my opinion) is more secure with the aluminum slats. I love it, and it has been problem free so far!
Have to ask - What do you not like about the eTorque? Is it the driving characteristics or concern for reliability issues down the road? When I was test driving the one I purchased (eTorque), I could not really tell the difference in how it drove vs. the standard 5.7. In fact, if anything I feel...
