Wont it affect shift points?
I put 34" tires on my truck and have not adjusted for the size. I wasnt going to bother, but then began to think maybe it would help with shift points.
I took my Ram out in the snow for the first time the other day as well. We got about 8".
The AWD is great, and almost as good as the 4H.
I didnt try 4Low, but drove around some roads in a big park area they didnt plow and thought I would get bogged down a couple times (lots of areas were drifted...
The rear Bilstein 5100's say 0-2". (Part 233354)
I have a set and the B12 springs, but dont think I am going to use them. Not sure yet.
Edit: I see that its 0-1" for ORG.
My first thought was folding the excess under, but the film is too thick.
So I cut around the edge, but that wont look right either I dont think.
I guess Ill just wax them.
Anyone put PPF film on them?
I wasnt sure if I could wrap each plug, or need to do a larger square that covers all 4, or the entire bumper so you dont see the edges.
I got a set from Acogs and in the package it reccomends wax or ceramic coat.
If mileage is most important it would be a good idea probably. Look for XL rated
I think the ride and noise is good on my Toyo AT3. LT E rated.
But im guessing I lost 2mpg. I havnt calibrated the truck to the new tire size.
I only have 1.6" of rake stock fyi.
Measured a million times.
Added 34" tires and still have 1.6" rake (all measurements went up 1.5" which seems odd, but rake the same).
So im doing either the Wulf 1/2" spacers, or adjustable struts at .9", or lifting the rear with 5100's and B12 springs and...
So how long does a good ceramic coating last?
Im reading about 2-3years.
I figured I would do ceramic, but if it only lasts 2 years it seems way too expensive.
It seems like maintenance coatings sprayed by me would extend the life of it some.
Honestly with all the hype about ceramic coating and...
Oh and all the LT tires are like $480/ea, so dont rule out selling your 22's and getting 20's.
Tires are cheaper and likely could find a nice XL.
Not to mention get a proper offset if you wanted a little more.
You going to pay $2k for tires on the 22's.
Could get wheels and tires for $3k and get...
I think this is accurate. My 285/55 ride fine, but are heavy. I also removed my air dams and dont wear my sealtbelt much so auto-start is never working.
Just remember if you dont recalibrate for tire size your MPGs will look worse than they actually are. I didnt recalibrate and show like 13.5mpg...
I like the looks and would have one of not for my sunroof.
Like a backwards hat for your Ram lol.
I have also read it has to do with the roof contours or rain gutters that are different.
Hopefully someone makes a model for sunroof soon.
If you google them they show up at retailers.

Maybe call and see if their discontinued.
The noise is very hard to judge without driving different tires back to back.
Their noisier than the stock tires, but not bad at all imo. Most AT tires get louder as they wear, so that is yet to be determined.
The biggest thing with ride and MPG is the LT and E rating.
Are the size your looking...
I searched for this because my build sheet also says anti spin diff, but sticker says standard or normal diff.
Night edition Laramie.
Good to know I have it. Honestly I assumed any new 4x4 would have it.
Not the person you were asking, but I have the 285/55R22 AT3 and Discount tire told me 45 all around, but I find 44 in the front and 41 in the rear makes better contact
