    I agree, that is odd but those are the correct part numbers for the ORP springs. It seems like theres big differences in actual gains from member to member

    I dont see how a shop that specializes in lifts would miss that but if its a true setup i would of thought you would gained much more lift and it will totally change my plans

    Took a picture of just the shock with the spring seat adapter on un installed on setting 3 and another picture with just the circlip

    Yes it is needed It looks like just the circlip from that angle.

    It looks like thats on #5 but it doesnt look like the spring seat adapter was installed. Can anyone else chime in? See diagram for details

    Originally my dealership was on top of the issue but has since dropped the ball big time. I have called 3 times in the past two weeks and Debbie has called as well, they have not returned either of our phone calls. Very disappointed and will be relaying this information.
