Replaced the two front corner speakers with Kicker 43DSC3504 DS Series 3-1/2" 2-way car speakers from Crutchfield. Total was $45 ($11 was for trim removal tools I didn't have, so the speakers were not even $35) and it arrived within a few days. Install was as easy as everyone said and the sound...
Added a shifter knob decal, flag trailer hitch cover, and large American flags on both doors.

Every time I see a photo of a Rebel with the level it makes me immediately want to get it...then I ask myself if I really need it and forget about it until the next photo. It is so silly how 2" lift to the front makes such a difference to us. If I explained it to my wife, she'd think I was...
You are correct. I somehow assumed the tow package was upgraded transmission, brakes, tow hitch, etc. plus tow mirrors. I was confused by it and failed to do the proper research. I had a Jeep prior and the tow package actually added those other things and made it much more capable with towing...
Wouldn't have gotten the tow package. Would have gotten wheel well liners. That's it. I installed the liners myself aftermarket, but the tow package isn't a package, just mirrors and the trailer brake control. I failed to inform myself properly and it's my fault, but it was misleading. Either...
Mine was just over $50k and it has eTorque, side steps, plus pano sunroof and blind spot that yours doesn't. MSRP was $59k. I would say $40k is a good price for that build.
If you get one, do NOT get the tow mirrors. There are many threads here about this issue. Only thing I am unhappy with...
Rebels do NOT release with the string. Must be unbolted. I looked for 20 minutes and posted this question in its own thread. His question was from more than 3 months ago too, so I feel like he's figured this out. Just don't want someone to read this thread and start looking for a non-existent...
You have to remember that the kind of people who post on boards like this are passionate about something, whether they LOVE their truck or HATE their truck. The guy who drives around all day and has a pleasant experience isn't motivated to come to a place like this. It's enthusiasts or...
I would love to switch mirrors with you honestly. Can't imagine anything is required. I would guess they are plug and play since they do less than the standard mirrors. In northern Virginia if you are interested. I kind of like the tow mirrors so I am not interested in paying to get them all...
The hyperlink in my post is how to contact them. Just go to https://fcacommunity.force.com/Chrysler/s/article/How-do-I-contact-Chrysler1 and contact them in the manner of your choosing. I did a chat.
Two quick questions: 1. Is this the black color or one of the others? I assume it's just matte black. 2. Doesn't this distract you when looking in the rear view mirror? This is my only hang-up with something in the window, obstructed view. Thanks.

Do I need these??? You got them, so I assume you will say yes, but why? Thanks.
Jagtyson said he did. There are also a dude in the comments section of the video that didn't separate the two pieces in the rear half and just put the full on top of it. My point is we sort of assumed the video was informed, but really, the guy was just trying to make sense of the parts he had...
I didn't even try to see if it would fit nor did I question the technique in the video. Too bad I threw away my extra pieces. Hope it doesn't matter in the end, but I do see the potential strength gains of mounting both.
The more I think about it, the dumber it seems to be drilling anything out...
I am not tracking the front pieces could be separated into two parts and that they'd fit. I did mine exactly like the video, i.e. only separated the rear ones and remounted them. I haven't heard anyone reuse the front ones. I feel like they wouldn't fit, but maybe that was the way to go.
So you...
