Battery is discharged a little bit and it’s getting a little bit drained cus of all the technology in the truck. On that charger it shud only take about 2 hrs to be fully charged at 4amps if it’s at 2 amps not much longer

By law they have to do the stuff on that document... and that’s odd the part isn’t listed on it

6yrs is pretty good life for a battery life. I work for interstate batteries in nc and never pressure someone into buying it’s always the customers decision to if they want to or not. Autozone and Napa improperly charge the batteries at 50amps which frys the inside and love to tell u ur battery...

Something is draining ur battery that low or it’s bad . A battery can’t drain itself.if u have a way to check the cca s it has to be above 700 if not then it’s bad. A local interstate battery place can check that for u.

That’s voltage is actually wrong technically 12.55 is enough for car to start the engine.. a discharge is when u leave the lights on or door open overnight and needs to be charge at 4 amps properly for couple hours if below 12.10 if higher jump start it and drive it for 45 minutes and it will be...

Had mine for 13 Months now. I love it I have the Crew cab 4 x 4 with 3.21 gears. saving up for lift kit and future mods....but congrats and u will love it!!

U can move the bezel down couple inches in ur stock bumper just need to drill the holes. Look at moparfactorparts.com they will have the parts u need
