20.66% off msrp seems around or a bit above average, I'm going to be asking for 25%, and will hope to get an easy offer at 21-22% and not have to fight all day. I think you did great considering you got what you wanted and boxrs aren't as common ! Congrats!
Congrats! Sounds like you and I had a similar experience, worked for a deal hard to finally find a truck we loved at a price we were looking for. I'm looking for a linee as well, leaning towards lineX...
This may have been addressed... Any worry that if and when they recall this a warranty is voided by the hack?
Also, any specific hoses people have been using? I'm not a huge "car guy" but am handy. Just want to make sure I use proper equipment.
Thanks!
Ok sorry, This is my first new car, I did not realize tax is included in otd, so my total was 38,600 before tax otd closer to 41500. It was by far the best deal I found, right outside st louis. Total discount off msrp was above 25% so I felt good about it. Hopefully it was a good deal!
I'm in Illinois but have been checking all over the midwest. I'd buy a plane ticket for $250 if it would save me 3-5k. But everyone is just sitting on the 15% plus some incentives. The best deal ive found is an msrp bighorn around 52k that they would drop under 40 but its a haul away and a 3.92...
If it were around here you could count on the 15% incentive plus maybe 8% dealer discount, that's what I'm getting from everyone. So maybe 38-39k. Under that is probably a good deal.
When people are mentioning 15% dealer discount, does that mean just straight up 15% off msrp. Not the $1000 conquest, $500 bonus cash etc etc? And not the national 15% bighorn? Or are the dealer discounts including those bonus offers? I can't find a dealer near me willing to be near 15% dealer...
I think this is good advice, however on certain model based incentives are we sure they still have plenty of wiggle room? 15% off and the dealer knocking out another 10% is that something that looks good at this point? Not sure. I have been emailing dealerships and haven't received an offer...
I'm currently working on a deal for a bighorn crew cab, this will be my first truck! From what I am seeing on here it looks like if you can get near 30% off msrp that is a great deal, I just want to check in and see if anyone has seen any deals better than that in the st louis area? Thanks all...
