Ride definitely feels at least as good as stock, no issues at all. I crawled under the truck and there are 4 visible rings which means it's 3 down, correct? I wanted to make sure.
More of a write up in the bil thread, but had the 5100s put on today, setting 3 and that brought it to within 1/2" of level. Switched to 275/60/20s. Love the look! Not too aggressive but definitely made a difference imo.
Installed today! ORP BTS, tires changed from stock falken wp 275/55/20 to falken wp 275/60/20. Bilstein 5100s setting 3. Did not want to go to aggressive for gas mileage (95% road miles) but wanted more offroad capabilities for camping/hunting.
Measurements stock tires were a bit under...
Had a 19 bighorn with 10k miles no issues, loved it so much and fell in love with the bts that I traded and got a new bts, amazing truck. I test drove a chevy trailboss, gmc and f150 loaded xlt and none compared to what the ram offered for the price. Lemons are in every vehicle, if you get one...
Have you seen any pics of the Bilsteins at setting 3 with the ORP? I'm between 3/4, I don't want to be nose high and prefer 0.5-1 inch rake. I have Falken 275/60/20s on and the ORP springs, measuring ground to fender 40 3/8 rear 38 3/8 front right now.
SUMMIT RACING FYI ALERT
ordered bilstein 5100 on their website and within a few hours had multiple fraudulent charges on my account, may have been coincidence but the website might be hacked.
