I specifically DON'T want a sunroof, and it's nearly impossible to find an otherwise-loaded truck on a lot without one. So I wait .
I asked my dealer about ordering another and he told me he was unsure they would have another allocation available.
I really should call MD....they are not...
Wishful, optimistic thought of the day (you know, in the spirit of the season): Someone in Ram marketing/brand management realized "Hey, we are getting some serious brand hate for the way you guys in production are running these trucks. You need to go back and make some effort to clean up the...
Well congratulations just the same! I'm also in TX and my VIN is 54 after yours....so close! Yet I'm still in D purgatory, hasn't moved an inch since June
So at a rate of 5-6 per day in the 119xxx VIN group, it will only take about two and a half months more to build what they should have had done in September....
I ordered a Limited Longhorn for the exact same reason...didn't like the Limited interior choices. My order was in June and I haven't moved from "D" since.
After nearly 3 months of daily production data and obsessively analyzing this thread, I'm convinced that the Decal Delete option is what is holding up my truck. It is the only thing that makes sense. 🤯
If this is true I'm going to be furious....like I'm not already lol.
I'm guessing in my case it may not apply because I had ordered the Technology and Advanced Safety Groups which just got folded in to the new Level 1. But I'll check just the same.
For those of you submitting second (or, ahem, 3rd orders), are you reordering the exact same thing or are you dropping/changing options to try to get the order built faster?
I'm getting to that point too. My ordered truck stickers around $74k I think, and I feel like I'm getting treated like dirt. I need a truck a time or two per week, for work and play, so I bought a 2018 F-150 XLT Lariat to hold me over until mine shows up. I don't love it, but it's nice enough...
Off Road Group would be great.
Still can't figure out why they are not building my 119xxx Longhorn, but I'm told its the combo of Air Suspension, BUG, Trailer Towing Group, and ORG.
