Scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago after being told they needed that much time for the parts to be delivered. Dropped the truck off today after being told by the dealership and FCA that the parts would be available, 9 hours later I stop by and they said they did the recall but didn't know...
Bottom left of window sticker above the bar code you'll see VIN then VON, to the right of that you should see a 4 digit numerical code, above the right side of the bar code by itself, that'll be the month and day code of your build.
I was a Mobil1 die-hard for a number of years, then switched over to the PUP for the first few oil changes in my LS3, but after doing some research and looking at measurable data I decided to go with Quaker State Ultimate Durability in that and now use it in the RAM.
I was told the same thing by my service department, in fact when they called me they said they had to order the parts and would let me know when they arrived, however when I picked the truck up that day I noticed that on the work order it said "could not duplicate" and nothing about ordering...
Being my first vehicle with ventilated seats, I figured it was normal to hear the fan spinning. You all have me wondering if this is yet another thing to bring up to the dealership.
Sad to say I'm joining the list of squealing brakes, started at roughly 3k miles and now I'm near 4k, just haven't had the time to get it to the dealership. Going to call them in the morning and set up an appointment for that, the brake pedal recall, and to see if they can figure out why it...
Decided to just say screw it and give it a real good push and it closed fine, seal went down over the tailgate as it should and I didn't hear any cracks on the rails, so that's good news.
One thing people should keep in mind is the possibility of your insurance giving you a discount for having the vehicle tracking enabled with the subscription active.
I experience the same thing when I start the truck where the satellite signal is being blocked or very weak, generally once I move a bit it will switch back over to the station I had playing before and all is normal, I don't have to change channels or anything.
Tried unscrewing the auto tension parts at the tailgate end quite a bit, still no go and the top was quite loose.
It doesn't necessarily bother me all that much, I don't plan on having anything in the bed that can't get wet, however seeing videos of people just slapping the cover down makes me...
Yes, afaik you can set the seat memory, mirrors, and radio presets individual to each key fob. Have to look up the procedure again to program each fob to the memory, I know there is 1 extra step after hitting the set, 1, I think you hit unlock on fob.
*Edit: attached the procedure from the manual.
Does anyone else find this thing impossible to close with the tailgate up? I feel like I'm going to break the side rails if I press down hard enough to close it. Also the lip of the rear seal does not even come close to covering over the tailgate, so I'm assuming that is where people get water...
Just a heads up for anyone that is still debating, TruXedo is offering a $50 rebate on the Pro X15 right now.

I can confirm that disabling the seatbelt chime does NOT disable the door chime, and that it is indeed annoying as hell when cleaning the truck out and trying to enjoy music.
Not trying to hijack the thread, @NehruB, but does anyone happen to know if you just need the front camera, side cameras, and front module then the engineering code entered if you already have the power folding mirrors and rear camera? I've gotten used to using the front park-sense for getting...
