Sorry...might be early here...not sure what you mean by cartoon inlay. This is the all black Ram head for tailgate. Stock Mopar part. Here is where I bought mine on Ebay...
I'm sure you can check with many people about it. I have used a guy named Josh at Avondale Auto / Ram in AZ. He has been able to get me all of my parts and he will post for you on ebay if not there yet. May give him a try. On Ebay...just hit the Contact Seller and it goes to him...
Mine hit my drivers and passenger windows when they fold up also. Thought it may have just been me. Haha. Let me know if we find a fix...otherwise I'm good.
I have received and installed mine. Here is the sticker on it...not sure if this helps. I got a quote for the mirrors and think they are around $350-390/ea...but don't still have my notes. Think it is around $1100 for the parts, but don't have exact price. Are you looking for all the part...
Good question...thought they bought them from OBD Genie. I have not called them to see if you can purchase it directly from them or not. Here is a link to their website. Do need the bypass and genie. Curious if they do sell directly or not. If not, then I was wrong.

Good lord! That is crazy. I had to return my mirrors also due to no blind spot. I ended up calling (talked to Simone) multiple times and had to continually be on top of them to get it done. I also had to tell them when parts are in, etc. I called another dealer to check if the parts were in...
Haha...welcome. There are so many variations of the mirrors...it is stupid. I could not stand mine either. May need to talk to a dealer or Mopar dealer to determine which options you do need/want and make sure you have proper mirror controllers, programming, etc. for your truck. Then again...
Look at my pictures and instructions that i posted above. You will remove the negative of the battery during the whole install. Once everything is installed, reconnect the negative. Connect the bypass. Start truck...let run for 30 sec. Then insert Genie and wait until it turns green (for me...
For what it is worth...the black ones that I just put on my truck are heated, blind spot, puddle lights, retract and drivers dim. They come in all flavors. Way too complex, they should all have all the features in my opinion. Yes they are smaller and also don't stick out so far...that is what...
Yes. Easy once I knew where it was. It is basically behind the parking brake switch. You access it from below. Here are a few pix to help. The one is from the ground around where your left foot would be looking straight up. It is towards the front, near the brake switch...not the back...
PART 2
Now it would take me about 30 min to do. Need a second person for some of it. But sooo much better than last mirrors. Good luck.
BTW...here is a link to an Infotainment video, but it is for a 2018 / NOT 2019 Ram. So it is not exactly the same but did help me a little to be more...
Installing Infotainment / New Mirrors. PART 1
@lasstss and @Jamesontf Here are some pix and notes from when i did mine...hope it helps. Let me know any questions.
Call them. The parts are in the warehouse. I had to call them and tell them they were in stock. I found out from another dealer that I use. Once I found out they were in stock, I called Infotainment and told them and had them ship. Hope that works for you.
Finally done!!! Thanks @gybob once I knew where the SGW was...it took 5 min. Ordered from Infotainment.com at end of November and just completed now. Yikes. But I will say that the new mirrors are soooo much better. My main reason to change was to see cars clearly especially on passenger...
@gybob I am installing my mirrors and complete with that part. Where does the security bypass go? Can't find where to get those cables and plug into bypass. I see where the genie goes, but not bypass. Help! Thx.
