They probably replaced the battery so the truck is not fully synced. It takes 2-3 hours for all the systems to sync and run normally.

Alpine system(9 speakers + Subwoofer) is standard on Laramie trim.

6514 is a door-speaker adapter. Did you order it for the dash speakers?
