If you guys want to idle the truck for long periods of time, There's a solution for the Cam/lifter issue.
You can install a 6.2L Hellcat oil pump(High Volume) instead of the one that you have, The HC pump has a higher idle PSI and that will keep everything lubed as it should.

The blind spot light should come on for a second every time you start the truck and the "self check" is completed. I don't know about the rest of the features...
If your 12v plug has a Battery symbol on it, then it came as "Always On" from the factory. If it has a key symbol on it, Then it came as "ACC ON" from the factory.
Some trucks and trim levels are different. Apparently having the plug as Always On, is more luxurious, so it belongs to the Limited...

I'd say it's more of a control module issue than a mechanical issue.
