Basically if you towing routinely a TT and the weight is over 6k your better off with a 2500, simple as that.
I only tow a 6x12 aluminum open trailer with a SXS that’s weighs about 2k, so I opted for the 1500 Limited and with 3.21. If I had or was looking for a camper, I’d go right to a 2500

There are very few toy haulers that could be towed by a 1/2 ton truck within Limits and then you would need a stripped down version of the truck to get the max towing possible. Seems like you don’t like our answers but realistically, safely, and within the law you should be in a 2500 more than...
What the above said is correct. Sounds like you need a 2500 which is a bigger truck, heavier duty axle and he’s over duty suspension to be able to handle more weight.
Why do you want an LSD? What is wrong with it? Plently of people have the open diff with 4x4 and do just fine, including in slick conditions. The standard traction control system does a wonderful job and most people don't even recognize when the computer is using the TCS vs the LSD.

I tow my Polaris RZR XP1000 on my 6x12 aluminum trailer, wood deck with a Ram 1500 Limited, air suspension and off road group. Not a single issue. Tows like a dream. Don't inflate the tires either.
I bought a 2019 CPO Limited. One owner. 15k miles. Got a MOPAR extended warranty from Zeigler. Love my decision. Still practically new, but not paying the new price or loosing that 1-2 year depreciation.
anyone in here know how far down the Husky or Weathertech ones go compared to the factory MOPAR ones?? I have factory MOPAR molded flaps on my 2019 Limited, but I look at the rear wheel well fender and the lower quarter has some, a fair amount of road rash, assuming it is from the front wheel...
