I finally got an email from customer care today that had some forward motion. "Good news! I show your order is progressing through the factory production phases. Your order should be completing the build process shortly before moving into the inspection stages of production."

As MacFly says there is no way to directly estimate how long it will take from D1. I ordered on 11/27, and was first informed it was in D1 on 12/5. as of 1/26 I was still in D1. I'm not terribly concerned, as the incentives are kind of crappy right now.

The dealer must send it to them, as that is one of the things RamChat asks for to verify you are the person who ordered the VIN your asking them about.

The $2000 is made up of the $500 CC Cash, and $1500 of Consumer Cash (21CM1) So if you don't want to finance w/ CC you only get the $1500.
