Did the dealer road force balance them? Not something I’m familiar and I’d never heard of it before reading on here but others have seen improvement over normal balancing. Maybe do a forum search and see if you think it might help?

Indeed, surely people commenting is a good thing and it shows the OP that supplying the information has been a useful exercise. If it is after purchase then they have gained peace of mind in their choice and thats a positive outcome.

Thats a good thought, I never turn the AC off as it helps with condensation as you say, will give that a go thanks.

Just thought I'd note that I now favour max heat and windshield as the best option from cold start up, it seems to put out more instant heat, it may not actually make a temperature difference but it does seem to percolate to my face and make me and the cab feel warmer more quickly.

Good to see a positive reports. You do about same miles a week as I do a month, maybe I’ll have to try harder :) I know what you mean, when I go out the door I look at my cars and get in the Ram. Having a job making sure I’m running the other cars enough and batteries not going flat.

I hardly ever saw my Eco mode come on when I first got the truck but gradually it came on more frequently and also for longer. Now at 4000 miles I can actively get it to come on with light throttle and keep on. On saying that I generally have a heavy foot and don’t bother about it.

I may have completely misunderstood but isn't Ram Cares role to look after customers post purchase should they have problems or queries and sales incentives are dealt with by dealerships? Just wondering if that may be why they couldn't help with your questions.
