I have rear strobes installed on my Magnum headache rack and put the switch for those just to the side of the pull handle for opening the hood. Not the most ideal for a light bar, but it's hidden. You could mount it to the side of the center console just above where your knee goes, that would...
Lighter load tires wouldn't void any warranties, except the tires if you overload them. If your dealer looks for a loophole to scam you out of a warranty it's a perfect case for any lawyer to make you a quick buck.
Completely agree, which is why I suggested wireless even though it usually sucks and losing the controller is very easy. Alternatively you could use a relay connected to your reverse lights so it will come on automatically.
I'm pretty sure the rear glass is just regular glass on all trims, makes sense because most of the wind noise would be concentrated on the front doors and by the time it got to the rear it would be a much less turbulent stream of air.
Nothing available that would do what you're describing. I know with ford you just had to buy the switches, but the rams switches are part of a module and unfortunately you can't add them to wire in your own accessories. Looks like you'll just have to mount an aftermarket switch panel somewhere...
If you get one of these (linked below) you won't have to cut into the factory wiring, all you have to do is cut one of the plugs off this harness then you have all the wires you'd need and you wont have to worry about the factory wires corroding...
The TSB is for the lower panel by your knees. But either way I'd have the dealer change it out, those are clearly different colors.

If you find a dealer that claims anything close to that voiding the warranty NEVER give them any of your business. It's literally a plug and play accessory (except for the dealer flash) all the wiring is already included on the truck from the factory.
Yes, I wasn't going to say anything about the extra bolt. It's solid with only the stake pocket mount but the extra bolt and a flat piece of aluninum acting as a large washer on the underside of the bed rail to distribute the stresses makes it feel like its never going anywhere. Most people...
I also thought the same thing, and I hope you're right.... for toyotas sake. Maybe the reason they have those brush looking things hanging low is to hide their new rear coil suspension, can't really think of anything else that would be so "revolutionary" that they would need to hide it.
