Very nice. The Jeep plans sound great also. Are you running the stock engine, transmission, and transfer case?
TFL just shot a video where they pulled a trailer and Suzuki Samurai over the mountains from Moab to Denver. They were very happy with the way it towed. I think their trailer and...
I also sold my Cummins and purchased a Bighorn ORG with 3:92’s. I will be pulling my Jeep to Colorado and elsewhere to trail. I love the rooftop tent idea. My wife - not so much.
Rough Country has a device that allows electronic calibration for different ride sizes. When you enter your tire size, don’t just believe the tire manufacturer’s stated size. Measure the tire diameter to make sure.
My warranty ( I purchased the lifetime before they quit selling it) says it is limited to a two inch lift. It does not specify if it is a truck with the .ORG. The spacer I used measures just under two inches although it is listed as 2.5. You will want some new UCA’s made for the change in angle...
I like the Readylift arms and they are made for more lift than the FCA kit from what I understand. I used them on mine with 2.5 level and Off Road Group equipped truck. They work great. I would definitely change from the factory ones.
I have wondered about how the recalibration might effect things. I will recalibrate it when I put my 35’s back on this spring.
Like I said earlier, I really like the truck, but mileage is disappointing. I know a few on the forum have said enough is enough on the MPG complaints. I don’t mind...
Here is what I ordered. I ended up paying $316. Fit perfect. Everything needed for the job. New Readylift.

I am running Method Double Standard wheels, 18x9 with -12 offset. I love them. The clearance around the caliper is about the same as the factory wheels It does look tight, but the factory put 18's on the truck as original equipment. Some advantages of 18 inch wheels are:
Pricing is more...
My two cents: When I first switched from the factory ORG 18 inch Falken's to 35-12.50-18 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, I said I noticed little difference in the ride, and just slightly more road noise.
With winter here, I took my 35's off and put the factory wheels and tires back on. As soon...
The only thing it took a little time for me was the new front end. I have driven three 2500's prior to this, and I have really liked the Ram crosshair grill, especially my 2011 with the way it slanted back toward the bottom. It reminded me of the old 62 Chrysler 300. The new front seems much...
I did some checking and Mopar Monster is offering 5% off orders over $100. The total cost for the eight pieces is $325.26 plus $40.70 shipping. I checked several web sites and that was the best price.
I like the idea of using the OEM parts, but I don't know if I like them $366 worth as...
I have been looking at the side body moldings for the Limited also. Here are the Mopar part numbers and prices I found on Mopar Parts Inc. I am wanting them for protection from doors being opened into the side of the truck. I already have one slight one from when it was at the dealership for...
