Some vehicles do allow the fog lights to be on when the high beams are on. Right from the factory. My Audi is that way.

I believe the etorque hemi can't be had with the larger gas tank. Since the etorque doesn't add freeway mpg, I think that's an oversight. Now maybe there's some physical reason, like the vibration cancelling weights getting on the way of the bigger tank?

I just re read your post about his truck, and I still see it that his 3.92 equipped truck is downshifting as you suggested it shouldn't be. I'll let it go;)

Is that the case, or do the gear ratios in the transmission stay the same regardless of the axle ratio? If they did alter the transmission depending on the axles, that would make up the difference between 8 and 10 speeds that the competition has.
