Lots of people use this to also test out different styles of RVs before purchasing their own. While camping next to another guy, he told me he retired from his normal job and is now running his RV & cabin rental service full-time using sites like Outdoorsy.
I am strongly considering something...
It wouldn't surprise me if all FCA/Stellanis vehicles put the volume on the right. A Chrysler I had for a bit had the same buttons as Ram.
My experience with cars has been I have driven include Mazda, Toyota/Lexus, Subaru, Nissan/Infiniti, BMW, VW, Kia, Hyundai, & Honda/Acura. They were all...
Lol, no kidding. Plus the main volume knob is only about a foot away from your right hand, so it seemed redundant to have the volume button on the right side too.
Honestly, I still have a habit of leaving my right hand on the arm rest when I'm cruising now that I am not driving a stick shift.
I finally got fed-up with the steering wheel volume controls. All my vehicles have had the volume controls on the left side and I have yet to get used to it on the right after a full year. So I figured out how to swap the rear steering wheel controls. Now I can change the volume using the...
While taking things apart (yet again), I happened to pull out the volume and tuner buttons. When doing so, I noticed that they were not the same part number despite looking completely identical.
On a hunch, I suspected that the internals might be different. To test this, I swapped the...
As the title says, I wanted to swap the buttons on the rear of the steering wheel. All but one car I have driven (that had steering wheel controls) has had the volume on the left side of the steering wheel and it has frustrated me that my beloved Ram has it on the right. I have had the truck...
No issues with my Putco 60" bar for the past 13 months. It has never had the luxury of living in a garage and last winter was pretty nasty (for southern IL). Now I live in Texas and I have been testing it in the heat this summer.
If I remember correctly, the orientation does matter when the rear suspension is at FULL flex. The bar may tap the pumpkin or something like that. I don't imagine it would be anything serious...just a "possible" rubbing issues.
Funny this thread was just brought up. That guy who messed up his TRX just had another video this week. He jumped his 3rd TRX over his limited edition Viper out in a field. He mentioned that the 1st TRX is still being held as the investigation is ongoing. The 2nd was given away.
I love how he...
The blue accent is nice, but your right, it's horrible for things that need to convey information such as your example, or what the volume is being turned to, or the text that pop's up when you touch a question mark in the settings menu.
You would think this would have been an easy thing to...
There is definitely room for a 34" tire.
I have a LT275/70R18 on my spare which is a 33.2" tired and I still had room to "spare". 😉. For reference, I could fit my fingers between the tire and the heat shield.
I'm not usually a fan of black interiors, but I have been very happy with the black interior of my Limited. The white piping on the seats, the gray wood accents, and silver trim all help to break it up. Best of all, it's done tastefully (and not overly distracting/gawdy).
You will probably be...
Thanks for the detailed explanation WilburNJ!
I also echo JF19Longhorn's comment that Pandora is still spotty. I like the convenience of having it along with my normal SXM channels (I have been using it to create stations based on my favorite artists). Even though I am in areas with...
