I was stuck in Inspection for quite a while. When I would complain about being there for 18 days for example, the would come back with I show 16 days actually. This happened more than once with different people. The only way they can know that is from the info on the status sheet.
This is exactly the status sheet I was talking about. The dealers and Ram Chat can access this. All it tells you is the status it is in, in this case KZ and what and when it left the last status. In this case Body Vendor (JB) on 9-28-21. It also says that there is no shipping date yet. That is...
Actually the dealers don't know any more than Ram Chat. They can access the same status sheet that is updated by FCA to give them d, d1, build sheet, I, JB,JS, Window Sticker. Then they can get some tracking info after it is invoiced to the dealer.
I have been showing him the charts we have...
Had this chat today.

It was in storage after inspection status. Did it go back to inspection status?

Mine got a build sheet in mid August. Early in the build process. Spent most of a month in inspection status. Now stuck in storage. No answers why. You won't find out why either. Hope yours moves quicker. If it doesn't, there isn't anything you or your dealership can do about it.
Checked some dealers around Mpls and they all had 2022 1500s. One claimed he had 33. Except mine. Hey have none. Wondering about that. My truck is built and was moved to storage.
My 2 cents worth. 1. Not everyone starts pages back because there is so much chat on these threads and would miss seeing the updated charts. There is no reason the call outs couldn't continue as they are. Its the source data that would be updated in a static location where everyone could find...
Spent some time looking at Minnesota dealerships and found all had at least a couple 2022 1500s except my dealer which had none. One dealer had 32 none of which were listed as in transit. Gonna ask if there is a problem.
Don't understand. Just trying to clear out the beginning of that thread for informational posts. Everyone took theirs out. You can add all you want after the first set of data posts.
My dealer in Brooklyn Park MN says that they have not received a single 1500 yet and that my order is likely to be the first. Can't go anywhere stuck in storage.
Having a databank is a good thing but it won't happen unless we all make it happen. I just found that on my build sheet I had Special Scheduling Condition VII. I know there was a discussion about it but now I would have to spend time and hunt for it. Wouldn't have to if it were included in the...
I'll let eighty answer about the particulars. But it is often about being tied to something they won't accept like a sold order being submitted for fleet discount. D status is where you wait for them to round up the parts. Once you are in D status you have a valid order. It appears Eighty had a...
