For those who doesn't like 14MPG shown, I recommend to change in settings standard to metric for fuel consumption. 16.8 looks better for the eyes and can improve Your mood.

Did You follow all recommendations for calibration shown in this thread? Do You have any faults shown in CVPM. Try to clear all faults if any, and do calibration again according to instructions given in this thread.
I did change the model Year only for the soft keys. Calibration went smoothly, still with '21 in my BSM. If You see the image from the front camera, there are no reasons not to calibrate it. Can You post a picture of the front view?
