I installed the radio and I have no travel link app. I waited a week for it to pop up and is hasn't. Am I missing something? Or do I have to activate a feature for it to work?

Did some digging in here and could find if this works on the 8.4 with nav. If so is it pins 21+22?

Looking to buy an 8.4 with nav if anyone has replaced it when they upgraded.

All 4th gens with tge 8.4 have HD radio. They removed it from the 5th gen but from May 2018 to March 2019 the 2019 5th gen was advertised with HD radio in the uconnect 4. Earlier in the thread there was talk of a class action for false advertising against fca but I have no idea what happened to...

Did not know that and from my experience with the 1500 is that you need a new bcm for it to work. There is new programing added to the 21 that the 19 and 20 do not have. It is tge same bcm in 1500 and hd

You would have to get a 2021 bcm for it to work. Not worth it in my opinion don't think it would work in an hd anyways.

They have the 4c nav but in regards to non nav. The 5th gens have uconnect 4. Not the uconnect 4c non nav.

Change the customer drl to yes. Change drl configuration to optional and you will get the toggle soft key in on your radio screen under the light settings. This will allow you to turn on or off your drl (low beam) and drive with only your accent lights (which are brighter than the mustang drl)

You can activate it with alfaobd. I can post the steps later if you want them

Don't know if this can be done but saw the euro ram taillights are programmed for the upper brake light to be brakes and the lower to be the turn signal. How could I do this on my truck?

I saw a video of a Ram in Germany and noticed the led taillights illuminated differently. Top light was only the brake light and the bottom was only the turn signal. I'm interested if I'm able to do this with alfaobd on my truck and what settings I'd have to change for this to work

When you turn the other light stays solid orange. I suggest turning off the accent lighting. The orange drl looks a lot better this way. The accent lighting will turn on when all the other lights turn on at night.

The 5th gen trucks have the uconnect 4 not uconnect 4c.

The overhead console is plug and play for the tailgate. I've had it about 6 months now and no issues. I just need to get the key now to complete it.
